The article has the Eagles again missing the playoffs with a 7-9 record. The blurb on the Eagles is:
Playing in a tough division hurts them. Donovan McNabb and Brian Westbrook could still use more help on offense. Asante Samuel gives them a nice cover guy, but too bad he doesn't play offense.
Though I agree that more help is needed on offense, I can't see how the Eagles don't win at least the 10 games below. A top ten offense from 2007 is returning all but one starter and the defense has made significant upgrades during the off-season to vault them into the upper echelon of defensive units.
Wins: Rams, Bears, Redskins (once), 49ers, Falcons, Giants (once), Bengals, Ravens, Cardinals, Cowboys (once)
Again who really knows wins and losses at this point. It is all a guess. At least a 4-12 record, like that of the Redskins, wasn't predicted.

The problem is: if McNabb or Westbrooke get hurt or don't play to their optimum, there goes the offense and there goes the 10 or more wins. The Eagles don't have a lot to fall back on offense wise.
