The Philadelphia Daily News is reporting "that the dispute between the NFL and the NFLPA over how bonus money can be structured in 4-year rookie contracts is keeping the Birds from inking second-round picks DeSean Jackson and Trevor Laws."
Teams are hopeful for resolution on this issue this weekend. Other reports have this as the last hurdle before Laws and Jackson ink their contracts. As both players will play a role in the success of the Eagles this year, neither can afford to miss ANY camp time.
